There's something very sarcastic and irreverent in this particular song that really speaks to me; it seems to suggest that while we chase an idealized concept of leading a 'simple life', we are simultaneously making light of the very things that make it so simple. There may be certain amounts of crudeness and vulgarity that come through, but such is the attitude of the song- and it's wonderful.
